The Strategic Overview focuses on how CITB-ConstructionSkills will deliver its Sector Skills Agreement (SSA), achieve its Mission for the Industry, and realise its Vision of the Organisation. 2006-10 Corporate Scorecard

CITB-ConstructionSkills uses a Corporate Scorecard to measure performance against key industry and organisational objectives. Updated annually and reported monthly, the fifteen Scorecard measures are balanced between those that address the industry priorities of Improving Business Performance, Qualifying the Existing Workforce, Recruiting Qualified New Entrants; and those that are targeted at Driving Efficiency and Maximising Effectiveness across the organisation.
