Our CITB Customer Promises have been developed from your feedback to reflect what is important to you, our customer. They make a clear commitment from the whole team at CITB about the standards you can expect from us. They will guide our future service delivery, and provide an additional tool we can use for continuous measurement and improvement.
You have told us you want a consistent approach and to get the same information from anyone at CITB. We’re working to achieve this and so our Customer Promises are for the whole of CITB.
We will not stand still though. We will continue to seek your feedback on all areas of our performance against the promises, and deliver further customer focused improvements wherever necessary.
