The role of the Grants Scheme Rules Group is to provide CITB with a robust and representative voice of industry to advise, recommend and inform the design of the Grants Scheme for the duration of the Reform programme. This Group will be disbanded after this time.
Its members are drawn from the full range of employers and federations reflecting differing sectors, size and geographical areas.

The Grants Scheme Rules Group exists to represent the construction industry interests and ensure that the Grants Scheme is designed to benefit the industry as a whole.
It has a responsibility to assist CITB to fully understand the impact (both positives and negatives) of the Grants Scheme on the industry and to ensure that the design of the Grants Scheme is aligned to the guiding principles and targeted construction industry outcomes.
The Grants Scheme Rules Group is asked to act as a group for consultation related to change of the CITB Grants Scheme as well as to review, give advice, make recommendations to enable CITB to develop an effective Grants Scheme for the benefit to serve the industry.
