The project will deliver a range of training and development interventions. The aim of this project is to deliver skills to construction firms working on Sherford Town which is being built outside Plymouth. This new town build is putting pressure on traditional house-building occupations in the area. It requires specific skills due to the specialist building techniques being used on the site. These specialist skills include: English Bond Bricklaying, Traditional roofing Styles, Sash Windows, Dry Lining and Sealant operatives.

  • 63 individuals receiving be-spoke training in ‘Sherford Town Code’.
