Some firms and individuals that use CITB services are experiencing delays in the processing of grants and achievements.
The causes, which are temporary, stem from changes in CITB’s back office function. CITB is very aware of the difficulties that these service failings are causing and is therefore totally committed to reducing and then eradicating the delays as quickly as possible.
Some other delays relate to difficulties experienced by those using cards, such as CSCS, CPCS and CISRS. CITB is equally committed to working with the partner organisations who provide these services to get resolution in this area as quickly as possible.
