The purpose of this standard is to provide the learner with the knowledge and skills to build the Lean Practitioners confidence in their ability to lead an active project through to the final stages with additional support throughout the process. The workshop focuses in more detail on the later sections of the A3 publication and enables participants to draft initial content for their projects.

The purpose of this standard is to focus on the development of skills needed to lead structured Lean improvement projects, with an emphasis on the Define, Measure, and Analyse stages. Learners apply Lean tools in their own workplace to scope problems, gather data, and identify root causes.

The purpose of this standard is to focus on the importance of sustaining and embedding improvement for the final stages of a Lean project.
