Dedicated customer co-ordinators

We provide you with a single point of contact through your named customer co-ordinator. Being dedicated to you, they build a close relationship with your centre, handling all your queries and getting you the answers you need, when you need them.

Your customer co-ordinator is your link to everything you need to work with Cskills Awards. Find out who supports you in your region and how to contact them:

  • Northern and overseas for centres in northern England, Scotland or overseas
  • Central for centres in Northern Ireland, Wales or central England
  • Southern for centres in southern England

Awards Online

Awards Online provides simple and reliable online learner registrations and recording of achievements.

Quality assurance

Your dedicated quality assurance team provides advice and guidance to support you in delivering consistently high quality qualifications to your learners.

Regional forums

Twice yearly regional forums are the perfect opportunity to meet the Cskills Awards team, network with other centres, including those from other occupations and keep up to date with the latest information.

Exams Officer forums

Exams officers and centre administrators play a key role in the registration and certification of your learners. Cskills Awards supports you in this vital function with a twice yearly conference to discuss administrative processes.

Assessor and internal verifier courses

Continuous professional development (CPD) events are held all over the country, focussing on the key aspects involved in the roles of assessor and internal verifier.

Candidate Support Line

Your candidates can talk directly to us to gain information and advice on qualifications and card schemes. We provide a separate line for candidates so your customer co-ordinators can concentrate on supporting you.
