You must be able to:
Complete work in accordance with organisational procedures, programme of work, and to meet client needs
Clearly communicate with management, customers and colleagues including other trades onsite
You must know and understand:
The importance of mental health awareness and wellbeing and how to report workplace stress and conflict
The importance of applying fairness, inclusion, and respect in interactions with others
The importance of the work programme, including estimated and allocated time, and the importance of deadlines
How to record progress of works using progress charts, timetables, and procedures for reporting impacts on the work programme
