current legislation and regulations governing buildings
the importance of teamwork and communication to include:
the giving and receiving of verbal information between clients, customers and other trades, matching your communication style to your specific audience and the level of construction knowledge you would use for each
written communication techniques for the purpose of emails, written guidance and instruction
how to overcome barriers in both written and verbal communication and the consequences of not overcoming them
the range of relevant digital services, tools and systems, and how they are used
the importance of fairness, inclusion and respect when dealing with others
