Fitted Interiors Experience

Experience is defined as a combination of skills and knowledge demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and apply the required skills, knowledge, and behaviours as defined in the Fitted Interiors Competence Framework within the workplace.

The following outlines the mandatory and additional evidence requirements needed to support and validate that these competencies are met. This evidence also serves to revalidate and maintain both experience and competence over time.

Mandatory Evidence Requirements

Information that can be evidenced to confirm level of experience. This information is currently in review. 

  • Provide evidence of occupational relevant qualification

  • Provide evidence of the relevant CSCS Card

  • Provide evidence of relevant occupational specific training

  • Provide evidence of projects worked on via digital testimony within the last 3 years

  • Provide evidence of industry accreditation

  • Provide evidence of references from previous employers within the last 3 years

  • Provide evidence of testimonies from customers within the last 3 years

  • Witness testimonies from onsite activity

  • In-house training

  • Other occupationally relevant occupations

  • Manufacturers training

  • Current CV

  • Practical quality vetting (more detail to be confirmed)

  • CPD (quantity to be confirmed)

  • Review of logbook

  • Review of current CV

  • Observation/ Professional discussion
