Fitted Interiors Experience
Experience is defined as a combination of skills and knowledge demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and apply the required skills, knowledge, and behaviours as defined in the Fitted Interiors Competence Framework within the workplace.
The following outlines the mandatory and additional evidence requirements needed to support and validate that these competencies are met. This evidence also serves to revalidate and maintain both experience and competence over time.
Mandatory Evidence Requirements

Provide evidence of occupational relevant qualification
Provide evidence of the relevant CSCS Card
Provide evidence of relevant occupational specific training
Provide evidence of projects worked on via digital testimony within the last 3 years
Provide evidence of industry accreditation
Provide evidence of references from previous employers within the last 3 years
Provide evidence of testimonies from customers within the last 3 years
Witness testimonies from onsite activity
