Course content

The course includes:

  • Health and safety overview

  • NASC SG4 and TG20

  • Introduction to scaffolding inspection

  • Working at height 2005

  • Identification of different scaffolding components and classes of scaffolding.

  • CISRS Scaffolding Awareness module

Teaching and assessment

Assessment throughout the course.

An application form to attend basic scaffolding inspection will need to be completed and accepted by a CISRS accredited practitioner.
