Project Summary

Challenge

1 in 4 people working in construction identify as neurodivergent (identified via NFB’s Neurodiversity in Construction Research Report). Embracing the diverse talent perspectives and ways of thinking from neurodivergent individuals can unlock innovation, strengthen teams and drive better outcomes across the industry. By creating workplaces where everyone feels understood, supported and empowered, construction can build a culture where all individuals have the opportunity to thrive.

Solution

The programme combined self-paced eLearning with expert-led virtual and in-person training sessions, all available free of charge. While the live sessions have now finished, the e-learning modules, training slides and workbooks remain available to support ongoing learning and development.
