National Construction College (NCC) East enjoyed outstanding success at the annual Construction Plant Association (CPA) Stars of the Future Awards.
Our apprentices received national recognition for their exceptional skills, dedication and professionalism. They secured multiple awards, including the highly prized National Plant Mechanic of the Year award.
The award ceremony took place on Thursday 9 July at the Heart of England Conference Centre in Coventry.

Following his regional success, Harrison went on to be crowned National Plant Mechanic of the Year – an exceptional achievement.
Plant Technician of the Year (South) – Alfie Martin (MTM Plant & Sales)
Plant Installer of the Year – Samuel Lindley (Churchill Living PLC)
Judges' Outstanding Determination Award – Behar Kamberi (Ardent Hire Solutions).
Congratulations to Harrison, Alfie, Samuel and Behar. These are fantastic achievements they can all be proud of. This recognition reflects their hard work and commitment as well as the dedicated support from their employers and the NCC East team.
