At least six months’ experience on category of plant
Operating category of plant on site to be assessed
Health and safety knowledge
Witness testimonies completed by employer or supervisor
On-site practical assessment (must have at least two observations in workplace)*.
*If you do not pass the practical assessment, the assessor will make specialised recommendations. These include retakes or additional training.
