The project will develop an introductory 1-day course and Specialist Accredited Programme in structural waterproofing.
Courses will be developed, piloted and added to the PCA portfolio and promoted to membership and wider industry to raise awareness of the course and ensure take-up.
- Develop a structural waterproofing foundation course and Specialist Accredited Programme
- Pilot new courses to 33 businesses engaged in the property care sector.

End of project summary
The project finished in December 2017. The Introduction to Waterproofing course was piloted to 7 candidates from 6 companies in June 2017 and was well received. Both courses are now available via PCA and the Specialist Apprenticeship Programme is listed as eligible for grant on the CITB website.
