As demand for skilled demolition operatives and plant operators continues to grow, investing in apprenticeships is an effective way for employers to develop a competent, safety-conscious workforce for the future.
Delivered by the National Construction College (NCC), the 24-month Demolition Operative Apprenticeship has been developed in partnership with industry to equip apprentices with the practical skills, technical knowledge and industry-recognised qualifications needed to succeed in the demolition sector.
Recently, Demolition News visited NCC England East to find out more about the programme and hear directly from the training team about how the apprenticeship is helping develop the next generation of demolition professionals.
