Coronavirus - COVID-19

The Coronavirus pandemic and CITB’s response to it has had a profound impact on the commissioning programme with most existing commissions being asked to delay activity until CITB released its Strategic Plan in September 2020.

Most planned new commissions too have been postponed or cancelled as the impact of the pandemic is assessed and the needs of the sector reassessed.

A commission to establish a number of Onsite hubs in Scotland is due to commence in early 2021.
