Go ‘Beyond the Build’ with CITB’s new series

CITB’s brand new vodcast and podcast series has arrived, offering a fresh, human-centred view of the construction industry.

CITB’s Beyond the Build will dive into the big issues affecting people from across our sector – from mental health and wellbeing to diversity and industry culture – going beyond the usual conversations around skills and training.

Through sincere and engaging discussions, the series aims to raise awareness, foster empathy and reflect the realities of those working in construction.

The first episode sees CITB Executive Director Deb Madden joined by Mick Shaw, founder of Silent Voices, and Sam Downie, CEO of Mates in Mind, to discuss mental health in the construction industry.
