This is Phase 2, the key objectives of which are to: develop a training film, which will focus on the subject matter of ‘Breaking Ground’, highlighting the dangers of working on the highway, and reviewing the latest H&S legislation. This will serve as a versatile resource that will support blended training.

The Basic Competency Programme represents manufacturers training derived from the minimum technical competencies and mapped to a Vocational Qualification and National Occupational Standards.
