Building Mental Health
The project will increase the awareness of mental health within the construction sector by training 288 Mental Health first Aid practioners (instructors) who in turn will train 2 day mental health First Aiders within the sector.
Pathways into construction
This commission aims to connect employers with people who don’t traditionally enter construction. It will also benefit those who are not in training or employment and want to enter the sector, but find it hard to do so.
