What you can get grant and funding for
We offer support to industry through our grants and funds. CITB grants cover day to day training and our funds cover specific projects and commissions.
Research Investment Fund
The project responds to a need to conduct research into the Plant sector to better understand the number of plant operators, and the degree of entry to – exit from the labour force.
Digital skills programme
The project will pilot digital skills development for small building and construction companies (employing up to 20 people) delivering skills to compete and run businesses in a digital environment.

CITB will target more than 11,800 people to attract them into construction careers. Just 16% of construction employees are female, and 7% BAME, partly because construction firms rely on traditional recruitment methods.
