Employers' skills needs survey 2001
The second nationwide survey of employers’ skill needs was carried out by CITB training advisors on behalf of the research department.
The main aim of the survey was to establish the existence of skill shortages by region, by type and by the severity of such shortages. Questions were also included on staff development (both manual and non-manual) within the company.
