Located within easy access of Norwich, Kings Lynn, and Peterborough and situated on a plot spanning 500 acres in the North Norfolk countryside, the Bircham Newton site offers a unique working environment.

The site is home to CITB’ Head Office, and National Construction College East and is set upon a former RAF base which closed in 1962.

There are a variety of onsite amenities which can be used free of charge by all employees including canteen, gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, and free parking.

Our employees also have access to a subsidised coffee house and a variety of low cost health and fitness classes.

Our Construction College, South is situated on the outskirts of Erith a short drive from the Dartford Bridge.  It takes just ten minutes to get to the site from the M25, which has facilities for classroom training and meetings. 

There are also areas on site that are currently used for plant and access training. 

There is a free canteen providing a range of food throughout the day, as well as an area to relax for students and staff.

Our central London office houses part of the Press, Digital and External Relations Teams as well as the Chairman’s Office.

Located in central London with mainline train, bus and tube links across London and the outskirts, it’s just a two minute walk from Barbican Underground station and five minute tube journey to Kings Cross main line train station.

There are a variety of shops restaurants and local gyms nearby, and many of London’s landmarks including St Pauls Cathedral, the river Thames, the London Eye and  the Tate Modern are within easy reach

The office space is open plan and modern with a variety of meeting rooms with video and tele-conferencing facilities to allow easy access to colleagues working in other locations across the UK.

Our Bridgend office, which provides a working hub for all Company Support, Apprenticeship and Skills Strategy work in Wales, is conveniently located on the outskirts of the town at the Business Centre on Bridgend Industrial Estate.  

Its central South Wales location is easily accessible via junction 32 of the M4 and is only ten minutes from Bridgend Railway Station and 25 minutes from Cardiff International Airport.  Although the site itself doesn’t include leisure and eating facilities for use by staff, the office is only a short drive from a number of supermarkets and shopping areas, including the Bridgend Designer Outlet, known locally as McArthurGlen.
