If you are a construction company with an in-house training department that provides non-commercial training, you could apply to become a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO).
When you become a CITB ATO, you're demonstrating that the quality of your in-house training meets the industry agreed standard and is comparable to that offered by commercial providers.
You'll also be able to add the training achievements of your staff to the Construction Training Register (CTR) to support their career progression within the industry.
You can choose to provide Assured, Recognised or both types of training products. And as an employer with in-house training facilities, you won't be charged an annual fee to be a CITB ATO.
