Benefits and Rewards

To help ensure that we always attract and retain the best people, we offer our employees a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package. 

  • Salary
    Your salary will reflect your experience, performance in the role and your responsibilities. It may include additional allowances depending on your location and job role.
  • Car allowance
    For all of our management positions (grade C and above) or where the role requires, you will be offered a car allowance to run your own vehicle.
  • Relocation assistance
    If you are required to move home to be within a reasonable distance of one of our offices, we have a generous relocation assistance package available to help towards your moving expenses.
  • Holiday
    We have a generous annual holiday entitlement. Initially you will be entitled to 25 days per year; this will increase to 30 days with time served.
  • Flexible benefits (MyFlex)
    MyFlex is a flexible benefits plan offered to all employees after successfully completing the probationary period. It gives you freedom, choice and flexibility in the way you receive your benefits, as well as giving you the opportunity to make financial savings where possible. For example, you may benefit from lower prices where CITB has been able to negotiate competitive group terms. You could also benefit from income tax and National Insurance savings depending on your MyFlex choices. The benefits include holiday buy/sell, critical illness cover, dental insurance and childcare vouchers.

  • Employee Assistance Programme
    We know that work isn’t your entire life and sometimes issues or situations arise that can be tough to deal with. We always have fully confidential help available for you and your family when you need it. We can offer help or advice on a broad spectrum of subjects from childcare, elderly care, education and stress management through to debt management and budgeting.
  • Free lunch/luncheon allowance
    Free lunch is provided on sites where the facilities are available. All employees who work in locations without lunch facilities will receive a luncheon allowance.
