Benefits and Rewards

  • Salary
    Your salary will reflect your experience, performance in the role and your responsibilities. It may include additional allowances depending on your location and job role.
  • Car allowance
    For all of our management positions (grade C and above) or where the role requires, you will be offered a car allowance to run your own vehicle.
  • Holiday
    We have a generous annual holiday entitlement. Initially you will be entitled to 25 days per year; this will increase to 30 days with time served.
  • Flexible benefits (MyFlex)
    MyFlex is a flexible benefits plan offered to all employees after successfully completing the probationary period. It gives you freedom, choice and flexibility in the way you receive your benefits, as well as giving you the opportunity to make financial savings where possible.
