An Internet Test Centre (ITC) is a centre approved by CITB to provide testing facilities for tests such as the Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) test.
New applications to become an ITC are currently on hold and the ITC product office is not considering any new expressions of interest, applications or appeals. We'll announce online when we will resume accepting new applications.
Please note, the documents listed below are for existing ITCs' use only. Prospective applicants can download these documents to read about what ITCs do - however this does not mean that you can send an unsolicited application.
The fee to become an ITC is £750 plus VAT. Once you have been confirmed as an approved CITB ITC you will be charged an annual subscription fee on the anniversary of your approval.

Why CITB is not currently accepting applications
We reviewed our Internet Test Centre (ITC) network in 2017, and we found that there were enough centres to meet the demands of the construction industry.
We have been regularly monitoring the situation since then. If we find that more ITCs are needed, we will consult with industry and inform you when we resume accepting new applications.
Future announcements or changes to this situation will be published on our website.
