A one-day skills test for scaffolders seeking CISRS Scaffolder (blue) Card. Your next step if you've passed Parts 1 and 2 Tube and Fitting, or System Scaffold, and have since gathered the necessary experience.

- Product information and manufacturer’s instructions
- Health and Safety
- British and European Standards
- Product accreditation and testing
- Guidance and industry standards
- Components
- Systems of work
- Bracing requirements
- Ties, stability, and tie patterns
- Loading and duties
- Loading towers and access towers
- Independent tied scaffolds, including returns and hop-ups
- Birdcage access scaffolds
- Methods of access and egress, including stairways.
Assessment
- Portfolio evidencing your scaffolding career.
What you get
Entry requirements
You must have all of these:
- Part 1 and Part 2 Scaffolding
- Six months’ experience since passing Part 2
- NVQ/SVQ Level 2 Access & Rigging
- HS&E Test or accepted exemption within the last two years
- Good spoken and written English
- Valid form of ID. See accepted forms of ID
